摘要
本文采用双波长薄层扫描法对木贼的乙醇提取液中山柰酚总甙元的含量进行了测定，并比较了五个主产区的木贼质量，方法简便、快速、准确可靠。
In the study the content of Kaemperol in the ethanol extraction solution of Equisetum hiemale L.was determined by Dual-wavelength TLC Scanning Method.The quality of Equisetum hiemale L.produced in five main growing areas was also investisated. The deteimination method presented in the paper is practical,quick,accurate and reliable.
