摘要
在我国步入高等教育大众化进程中,区域高等教育发挥着重要作用,担当着十分重要角色。“质量”关系到区域高等教育学校社会的竞争实力,是能否在激烈竞争中掌握主动的关键。所以,在高等教育大众化进程中,一定要把区域高等教育发展的质量放在首位,只有保证质量,才能取得良好效益。
Regional high degree education had been performing its important role and making the contribution as our country step into the progress of high rank education popularization. ＂Quality＂ is relative to the competitive ability that is the key to determine whether could master active or not as hot competition exists. So in the process of high degree education goes into popular, the quality through over its whole spell must be put in the most important place, only assuring quality well efficiency and merit can be reached.
