摘要
我国政府绩效管理在价值取向、评估指标体系和技术方法、制度化和规范化等方面存在种种问题。要解决这些问题,必须树立科学的价值取向,设计科学的绩效评估考核体系、改善评价技术和方法,创建绩效管理制度化的平台。从而使绩效管理真正成为我国行政管理体制改革的“助推器”。
In the times of the social evolution there exist a series of problems in the government performance management, such as the problems of the values tendency, the system, the technique and method, systematization and standardization of the evaluation. If we want to solve the and problems we should set up scientific values tendency, design a scientific evaluation system, improve evaluation technique and method, establish a systematic platform, which will make the performance management really be the pusher of our government management revolution.
