大洋多金属结核氨浸工艺影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 在低温水溶液条件下,以亚铜离子为催化剂,一氧化碳为还原剂,在氨性体系中,对日处理10 kg大洋多金属结核扩大试验的浸出行为影响因素进行研究.试验考察了浸出体系电位、金属离子浓度、温度、液固比等因素对有价金属浸出率的影响.结果表明,控制浸出体系的电位对维持较快的反应速度和较高的金属浸出率十分重要;溶液中的钴离子浓度对钴浸出率影响较大,随着溶液中钴离子浓度的增加,钴浸出率下降,镍离子浓度对镍浸出率的影响很小;液固比对镍、钴、铜浸出率的影响不显著;温度对有价金属浸出率有一定影响,最好控制在40~50℃. It investigated on the influential behavior of various factors during the pilot experiment of leaching ocean manganese nodules with a treatment amount of 10 kg per day in ammonia system under low temperatures with cuprous ions as catalyst and carbon monoxide as reductant. The influence of factors such as electric potential of leaching system, metal ions' concentration, temperature and liquidsolid ratio on extracting rate of value metals were systematically studied. The results indicate that, it is very importance to control the electric potential of leaching system in order to maintain high reaction rate and metal leaching rate; while the concentration of cobalt ions in the solution exerts obvious effect on the leaching rate of cobalt which is checked with the increase of the former, that of nickel ions exerts little effect on the leaching rate of nickel; the L/S ratio has little influence on the leaching rate of nickel, cobalt and copper; temperature assumes certain influence on the leaching rate of value metals so that it may be controlled within 40-50℃ as well.
