摘要
目的建立测定复方氨基酸螯合钙胶囊中硅含量的方法.方法碱溶样品,硅检测波长251.611 nm,铱(内标)检测波长为371.029 nm,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定硅的含量.结果硅在0~5 μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.22%, RSD=1.07%(n=9).结论该方法简便、快速、准确和可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To estabhshed a method to determine Si contents in Osteoform compound calicium acid chelate capsule. METHODS Sample was dissolved in NaOH solution, and Si was detected at 251.211 nm, while Y(IS) was detected at 371.029 nm as internal standard by ICP - AES. RESULTS A good linearity was found in the concentration range of 0 - 5μg. ml^-1 for Si ( r = 0.9999). The average recovery of Si was 100.22% ,with RSD of 1.07%(n = 9) .CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible, It can be used for quality control of Osteoform compound calcium acid chelate capsules.
