摘要
探讨了深圳市“图书馆之城”实施知识管理的目标、重要意义,提出可以实施知识管理的几个初期项目以 及所需要的组织运行机制。
This paper briefly explores the knowledge management （KM） that can be applied in the City of Libraries in Shenzhen. It outlines KM＇s objeetives and importance and offers several initial KM projects which may be carried out. It further pays attention to promote an organizational knowledge sharing culture.
