新生儿高胆红素血症红细胞SOD及血浆MDA的变化

摘要 本文对25例溶血性新生儿高胆红素血症及20例非溶血性新生儿高胆红素血症与25例正常新生儿的红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及血浆丙二醛(MDA)浓度作对比,发现溶血性新生儿高胆红素血症红细胞SOD 活性明显下降,血浆 MDA 浓度明显升高。提示溶血性新生儿高胆红素血症的红细胞遭受的过氧化损害增强。与此同时,对新生儿高胆红素血症光疗前及光疗后红细胞 SOD 活性,血浆 MDA 浓度变化进行比较。结果提示,光疗并不加重对新生儿红细胞的脂质过氧化损害。 In this paper,the erythrocyte SOD activities and the plasma MDA concentrationes were compared in 25 cases of hemolytic neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,20 cases of non-hemolytic neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and 25 case.s of normal neonates. It was found that erythrocyts SOD activities were evidently lower and the plasma MDA concentrations were significantly higher in the hemolytic neonatal hyperbilirubinemia than in others. In the meanwhile,the erythrocyte SOD activities and the plasma MDA concentrationes in neonatal hyperbiliru- binemia of prephototherapy were compared with those of postphototherapy. The result indicated that photothera- py would not enhance the lipid peroxidative damage to the neonatal erythrocytes.
