摘要
针对如何准确地计算输电网络损耗并将其公平、合理地分摊的问题,提出了基于平均电量数据的网损分摊方案,并且利用IEEE-5标准母线测试系统和某实际电网进行了计算.结果表明,利用电量数据进行损耗分摊所得结果与利用功率进行损耗分摊得到的平均值结果基本吻合.该方案从电力系统实用化角度出发,方便地利用电力系统中的电量数据进行损耗分摊,避免了一般做法中的电力数据收集的困难性.
Presents a loss allocation scheme based on average electricity data in the foundation of the analysis of practical power system losses after deregulation. The IEEE-5 standard bus system and some practical electrical network are calculated by this scheme. The conclusion shows that the allocating results obtained by using average electricity data are basically identical with the average obtained by using power. Considering the practicability of power system, this scheme calculates loss allocation conveniently by using the electricity data of power system and avoids the general difficulties in collecting the power data.
