摘要
作者以明·赵开美《仲景全书·金匮要略方论》为底本,以明代经余居刊本《外台秘要》为校本进行校勘。根据《外台秘要》,可知《金匮要略》方剂在药物、剂量、煎服法、主治、加减、名实、制方人等7个方面的原貌,深感《外台秘要》具有十分重要的方剂文献学价值。作者在校勘中发现《外台秘要》所引的《仲景伤寒论》是《伤寒杂病论》的又一个古传本,其卷数当在十八卷以上。
The author selected 'Complete Works of Zhong Jing Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber ' written by Zhao kaimei in Ming dynasty to be the master copy, and 'The Medical Secrets of an Official' published in Jing Yu Ju in Ming dynasty to be the proof copy, then he collated. According to 'The Medical Secrets of an Official', the original appearance of prescriptions in 'synopsis of prescriptions of the Golden Chamber'such as drugs,dosage,decoction,intake,indication , modification and its maker conld be known. The author thought with deep feeling that 'The Medical Secrets of an Official 'have an important literary value for prescriptions. During his collation, he found that 'Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases' quoted in 'The Medical Secrets of an Offical' is another ancient copy of 'Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases', and its number of volumes is over eighteen.
