随着我国经济的快速发展以及对外开放步伐的加快,我国中小企业将采取“走出去的”策略迎接挑战。德国是一个中小企业特别发达的国家,德国东部地区推出的各种吸引中小企业投资的优惠措施以及各种对外投资策略,使我国中小企业投资德国东部的可能性日见明显。
Along with the quick development of the economy and the acceleration of the open - up China, Ctfinese small and midium enterprises need adopt “Going Out” tactics to meet the challenges. The paper explains the possibilities of the investing in east area of Germany through introducing the attractive measures and analysing all kinds of tactics of investment in German eastem area.
