凋亡基因表达与FGR胎盘细胞凋亡的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨凋亡相关基因P53、Bc l-2和Bax在两组胎盘细胞中的表达情况及与胎儿宫内生长受限(FGR)病因的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测凋亡相关基因P53、Bc l-2和Bax在两组胎盘细胞中的表达情况。结果:①Bc l-2、Bax的表达强度在FGR组与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),P53的阳性率及表达强度在FGR组与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②Bc l-2、Bax、P53的阳性率及表达强度在FGR组中的FGR不伴有PIH组及FGR伴有PIH组两组间差异无统计学意义。结论:①正常孕妇和FGR患者胎盘组织中均有细胞凋亡,但FGR患者胎盘细胞凋亡较多,这可能是引起FGR发生的重要病理过程;②FGR胎盘细胞凋亡可能是非P53依赖性的,由Bax、Bc l-2介导的细胞凋亡。 Objective: To investigate the degree of gene expression of P53, bcl-2 and bax and how they faciliate the apoptosis to explain the pathogenesis of FGR. Methods: Adopt immunochemistry and histochemistry techniques to explore the gene expression of P53, bcl-2 and bax. ResuIts: ( 1 ) The experimentation prones that the passive ratio and expression levels of bcl-2 protein in both the placental tissues of the patients with FGR and the comparative group, there is statistical significance ( P =0. 006 , 〈 0. 05). The passive ratio and expression levels of bax protein in both the placental tissues of the patients with FGR and the comparative group, there is statistical significance (P =0. 001 , 〈 0. 05). The passive ratio and expression levels of P53 protein in both the placental tissues of the patients with FGR and the comparative group, there is no statistical sig - nificance ( P =0. 924, 〉 0. 05). (2) The passive ratio and expression levels of bcl-2, bax and P53 protein in both the placental tissues of the patients with non - PIH complicated FGR and the patients with PIH complicated FGR , there is no statistical signifi-cance (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: (1) Apoptosis is present in the placental tissues of normal pregnant women and in the patients with FGR. But apoptosis is much greater in the latter. It probably contributes to the patbogenesis of FGR. (2) The apoptosis of the placen - tal tissues of patients with FGR is probably P53 - non - independent, mediated by bcl-2 and box gene.
