摘要
利用由ADL ink PC I-9812 A/D高速数据采集卡(20 MHz)和工控机及磁电式转速传感器组成的数据采集系统用高速采样法对CA6110型6缸柴油机进行了多工况瞬时转速测量和分析,该内燃机第6缸采用燃用乙醇的HCC I燃烧方式。试验结果表明,利用高速采样法可以获取出正确的内燃机瞬时转速波动,采样频率不能低于500kHz。瞬时转速波动不仅可以判别出HCC I缸的燃烧状况,而且还可以定量地诊断出各缸工作的均匀性,进而为内燃机故障诊断提供了充分的科学依据。
In this paper,the method of high speed acquisition has been adopted to the bench tests of CA6110 diesel engine for the precisely measurement and analysis of the transient rotational speed changes in mutiple working conditions,in which the testing system is consisted of ADlink 9812 A/D (20 MHz) DAQ card,industrial computer and magneto - electric speed transducer. The results of experiments and analysis indicate that, the method by using high speed acquisition can get precise transient rotational speed values, but the sampling rate must be bigger than 500kHz, the transient rotational speed changes could not only be used to distinguish the combustion status of the HCCI cylinder, but also to diagnose the working uniformity of every cylinder. These provide sufficient science basis for engine fault diagnosis.
