慢性肺心病患者血浆脑钠素与内皮素含量的变化及意义

摘要 目的:测定慢性肺心病患者血浆脑钠素(brainnatriureticpeptide,BNP)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)含量,探讨其在疾病治疗前后的变化及意义。方法:采用放射免疫分析技术(RIA),对30例肺心病患者的急性发作期和缓解期血浆分别作ET、BNP和动脉血气分析,并与30例健康对照者作比较。结果:肺心病急性发作期患者经治疗后ET、BNP有所下降,肺心病急性发作期和缓解期ET和BNP呈正相关(P<0.01),BNP与PaO2呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:ET和BNP在疾病的演变过程中有重要意义。 Objective: To measure the content of plasma endothelin(ET) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and study the changes and meanings of ET and BNP before and after the treatment. Methods:The content of plasma ET and BNP during acute and recovering time were measured in 30 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease on using radioimmunoassay (RIA) and concentration of plasma ET and BNP were compared with control group composed of 30 healthy persons. Results :The content of plasma ET and BNP were obviously higher in patient group than that in control group (P〈(0. 01) and decreased a little after treatment. The content of plasma ET and BNP both rose during the acute and recovering time, the content of plasma ET was related to the content of plasma BNP. Conclusion:The content of plasma ET and BNP play an important role during the course of disease.
