摘要
目的:探讨手术提高治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:利用射频热凝蝶腭神经、筛前神经鼻内支加下鼻甲部分切除治疗30例常年性变应性鼻炎的患者。结果:随访4年,显效19例(63.33%),有效6例(20.0%),无效5例(16.67%),总有效率83.33%,无严重并发症发生。结论:射频热凝蝶腭神经、筛前神经鼻内支加下鼻甲部分切除治疗常年性变应性鼻炎疗效显著。
Objective： To discuss the effect of surgery on the perennial allergic rhinitis. Method： 30 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis are treated by Radioheating therapy. The anterior ethrnoidal nerve and sphenopalatine nerve were coagulated by radio frequency add to partial inferior turbinectomy. Results： With following up for 4 years, there are 19 better effective patients （63.33%）, 6 effective patients （20.0%）, 5 noneffective patients. Total effective ratio is 83.33%. There is no severe complication. Conclusion： In our investigation, it＇s more effective to use radio frequency in coagulating the anterior ethmoidal nerve and sphenopalatine nerve for perennial allergic rhinitis.
