摘要
目的观察腰痹通胶囊对大鼠脊髓损伤(SCI)组织中内皮素1(ET1)含量的影响。方法健康SpragueDawley大鼠48只,采用Allen法复制大鼠脊髓损伤模型后,随机分为腰痹通胶囊组、强的松龙组、模型组及空白组,每组12只。腰痹通胶囊组予腰痹通3.2g生药(kg·次)灌胃,强的松龙组予强的松龙6ml(kg·次)灌胃,模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液2ml次灌胃,各组均每日灌胃2次。空白组保持相同条件,正常饲养,不做其他处理。观察24h、2d、5d后损伤脊髓组织中ET1含量变化。结果腰痹通胶囊组与强的松龙组24h内对ET1影响无显著性差异。2d后,腰痹通胶囊组ET1含量明显低于强的松龙组(P<0.05)。结论在SCI的继发性损伤过程中,腰痹通胶囊有明显的治疗作用。
Objective To ohserve the influence of Yaobiteng on ET-1 in spinal cord injury ( SCl ) rats. Methods 48 healthy Sprague Dawley rats made into SCI models by applying Inpmved Allen's method were divided into four groups: Yaobitong group ( n = 12), prednisone group ( n = 12), model group ( n = 12) and blank group ( n = 12). Bats in the Yaobitong group were orally administrated Yaobitong 3.2 g/kg, two times a day. Rats in the prednisone group were orally given prednisone 6 ml/kg, two times a day. Bats in the model group were orally administrated 0.9% sodium chloride injection2 ml/kg, two times a day. Bats in the blank gronp were fed normally in the same condition withont pharmaceutical intervene. The level of ET-1 was observed on rats in different groups in 24 honr, the second day and the fifth day after the model was made. Results There is no marked difference of ET-1 between Yaobitong group and prednisone group within 24 hours. The level of ET-1 in the Yaobitong group is significantly lower than that in the prednisone group after two days intervene ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Y aobitong cat, de has a definite effent on SCI,
