摘要 任务分解与冲突控制是网络分布式环境下进行产品并行设计的关键.通过收集产品各领域的指标约束与关系约束来构建基于约束网络的产品参数协调模型,采用区间描述设计变量的不确定性信息,并将区间算法与基因算法相结合实现了一致性模型求解框架,使用该方法能够检测潜在冲突,得到与给定产品指标相对应的设计变量可行解空间,进而辅助设计人员决策.同时采用Agent技术对协同设计中多群体多层次的设计任务和设计进程进行管理和控制,建立了以项目和任务为中心的协同设计Agent模型,研究了模型共享、协同设计agent、并发控制机制等关键技术,构建了一个基于多Agent的分布式实时协同设计原型系统.应用实例说明了其有效性. Task decomposition and conflict control is the key for product concurrent design in distributed network system. By collecting index constraint and relation constraint of product in every realm, this paper constructed a product parameter coordination model that is based on network, adopting the uncertain information of regional descriptive design variable, combining regional algorithm and gene algorithm to build solution-finding frame of consistent model. This method can check up the potential conflict, and obtain feasible solution space of design variable which gives the product index, and then some advices to designer. At the same time, agent technology is adopted to manage and control design task and design course of muhi entity, multi-level in collaborative design, built a collaborative design agent model whose kernel is project and task. The key technology like model sharing and collaborative design agent, control mechanism is studied and constructed a distributed real-time collaborative design prototype system, which is cornstructed. The application demonstrated the efficiency of this system.
