《奥林匹克宪章》是奥林匹克运动的思想库。解读《奥林匹克宪章》对于我们准确认识和理解奥林匹克运动及其奥运会是极其重要的,同时对于我们主办奥运会,传播奥林匹克理想、宗旨、主义也是十分必要的。此外,奥林匹克运动作为一个国际性的体育文化运动,其理念和宗旨对中国体育的发展也具有借鉴意义。
