摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,现行防灾规划体系已不能适应发展的要求。本文从城市灾害的形成分析入手,提出防灾规划的基本体系及架构,以期对建立新的城市防灾规划体系有所帮助。
With the quicken of urbanization, preventing disaster planning in existence can＇t adapt to the development requirement. The thesis brings forward the basic system of preventing disaster planning on the basis of city disaster form. Hope the thesis can help to build the new system of city preventing disaster.
