异体脱细胞真皮基质与自体薄皮复合移植修复烧伤创面的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的寻求一种较为理想的烧伤创面覆盖材料,修复关节功能部位的创面,改善烧伤创面植皮片愈合皮肤的外形和功能,减轻供皮区的瘢痕。方法应用自制的脱细胞真皮基质+自体薄皮片复合移植于3例烧伤创面上。结果未发现排异反应,愈合皮肤柔软,有弹性,耐磨,非常平整,无挛缩及癜痕。病理组织切片观察结构良好。3例病人2例成功。结论脱细胞异体真皮是修复深度烧伤创面较为理想的材料。 Objective To seek an ideal method to repair wound in burns surgery. To improve the appearance and function of the grafted site and meanwhile reduce the scarring of the donor site. Methods An acellular dermal matrix with intact basement membrane complex and mormal collagen bundle structure and arrangement was placed and grafted to burn wounds in three patients. An overlying thin split-thickness autograft was placed simultaneously. Results No rejection to this composite skin graft was observend. The clinical graft was performed on 3 patients. The average surrival rate was 67%. The skin after union was soft, elastic, abrasion-resistant, the outward appearance was level, no cicatrical hyperplastic and cicatricial contracture,histology observed that the morphosis was better. Conclusions Acellular allogenic dermis was an ideal material which could repair the surface of wound of depth burn.
