摘要
健美操具有优美的艺术特征,它对人的柔韧、协调、灵活、乐感等方面要求较高,致使许多体育基础差、协调能力差的学生在学习中产生一系列不良的心理活动,影响了其学习健美操的效果。对基础差的学生在健美操学习中产生的心理障碍的原因进行了分析,在进行动作教学的同时有意识地进行心理训练,从而增强学习健美操的信心。
Calisthenics, a course with graceful characteristics, requests much of a person's abilities such as pliability, harmony, agility and sense of music. Thus,some students of less gymnastic foundation and poor body coordination will have a series of psychological troubles, which to some degree can affect the result of teaching negatively. Good psychological quality is the guarantee for college students to have a good mastering of calisthenics. This essay analyzes the reasons why the students with little gymnastic foundation will have psychological problems when they practise calisthenics, and suggests doing some psychological .trainings purposely in addition to the skill training, in order to build up their confidence in learning calisthenics and imporve the teaching quality.
