摘要
在利用静电自组装技术制备的具备不同纳米形貌的S iO2纳米粒子薄膜及空白试片上,进行了SD大鼠成骨细胞的粘附特性考评实验,并对比了成骨细胞分别在纳米粒子基片和空白试片上的粘附数、细胞活性及形态的差异.实验结果表明:利用静电自组装技术获得的纳米结构表面对细胞的粘附特性确实存在良性影响;在所采用的3个纳米尺度下,细胞粘附数随纳米尺度的增加而增加,M TT检测结果表明细胞活性也随之增加.
The adhesion of SD rat osteoblasts to the controls and the nano-material surfaces modified with nano-SiO2 particles by static electrial self-assembled technique was experimented. Then the cell adhesion characteristics such as the cell adhesion number, cell viability and cell morphologies on both the modified surfaces and the controls were evaluated and contrasted. The results show that the nanostructural surfaces by static electrial self-assembled technique really affect the osteoblasts adhesion. And on the modified surfaces, the osteoblasts adhesion number and the viability increase with the nanoparticle size increasing; the cells present better morphologies on the modified surfaces by MTT.
