摘要
中俄印三边合作具有地缘政治、经济上的客观条件,近年来三国之间双边关系的发展为这一合作奠定了基础.三方合作的前景将促进三国自身的发展,有利于地区的稳定和世界多极化格局的形成.这种合作不是结盟,更不是针对他国,而是体现"睦邻、安邻、富邻"和"和平、发展、合作"的方针与宗旨.
A trilateral cooperation of China,Russia and India is endowed withthe objective conditions in geo- politics and economics. In resent years bilateral ties of these three countries haveexpanded,thus laying a foundation for further trilateral cooperation. The prospect of a tripartite cooperation willin itself promote development of these three countries and will be of service to maintaining regional stability as well as the formation of multilpolar setup in the world. This kind of cooperation is by no means an alliance,letalone to be aimed at to a third party. It represents the principle and purpose of 'building an amicable,tranquiland prosperous neighborhood' and 'peace,development and cooperation.'
