摘要
在新民主主义革命时期,为保存富农和发展富农经济,中国共产党曾制定过一系列的政策措施,但实践的结果与理论的逻辑之间却有偏差,富农难以保存,富农经济难以发展。究其具体原因,是党在一定时期内对于处理富农与富农经济问题,没有把握好科学社会主义理论和新民主主义理论的区别界线,把原本设想在社会主义革命阶段所做的事,提前到新民主主义革命阶段来做。
In order to preserve rich peasants and develop the rich peasant economy during the period of new democracy the CPC formulated a whole set of policies and measures. However, there was a big deviation in the practice from the theoretical logic and it was difficult to preserve rich peasants and develop the rich peasant economy. The specific cause was that the CPC did not, in a given period, do a good job of making the distinction between the scientific socialist theory and the new democratic theory with regard to rich peasants and rich peasant economy, doing in the stage of new democratic revolution what was planned for the period of socialist revolution.
