摘要
以籼粳交组合(B a lilla/N an jing 11)的DH群体及其构建的遗传图谱为基础,对籽粒酚反应基因进行初步QTL定位,共检测到2个加性效应和2对上位性效应的QTL s,其中qPH 4-3的贡献率为47.48%,表现出主效基因的特点。然后结合B a lilla/南京11//B a lilla的BC1群体对qPH 4-3进行进一步定位,最终将其定位于4号染色体分子标记RM 5611与F 17之间,物理距离为534 kb,其中RM 348标记与qPH 4-3表现为共分离。
The phenol reaction on rice seed is one of the six characters of Cheng's index. A double haploid (DH) population derived from a cross between a japonica variety Balilla and an indica variety Nanjingll and the genetic map constructed were used to detect QTLs for rice phenol reaction. Two QTLs of additive effect and four QTLs of epistasis were found, of which the contribution of qPH4-3 was 47.48%, showing the feature of a major gene. Using a BC1population of Balilla/Nanjingll//Balilla, qPH4-3 was finally mapped within two markers of RM5611 and F17 in chromosome 4 with a physical distance of 534 kb, and was cosegregated with RM348.
