摘要
提出了数字电视增值业务——短信平台系统的整体框架,根据DSM-CC协议给出系统传输数据的封装格式,并着重描述了各个功能的具体实现方法。
In this paper, the system frame of a short-message platform for value added digital TV service is put forward, the packaging format for the data transmitting in the system is given according to the DSM-CC protocol, and the implementation of each module of this system is described emphatically.
