摘要
采(油)气井口装置的气密封特性对保障其现场使用安全和环保至关重要。建立140MPa气密封试验装置,将进一步提高井口及井控装置的可靠性、减少和避免井喷失控着火事故的发生。它能对采(油)气井口、节流压井管汇、防喷器、套管头、平板阀等进行气密封试验,促进国产井口装备质量的提高。气密封试验结果可为生产厂、用户提供设计、生产、装备及使用方面的质量改进信息。
Sealing property of X - mas tree is very important to ensure safe operation and environment protection. 140MPa pneumatic sealing test equipment is developed to enhance the reliability of wellhead and well control equipment, reduce and avoid the occurrence of blowout. Meanwhile, it can carry out the pneumatic sealing test on production wellhead, choke and kill manifolds, BOP, casing head, plate valve etc. The test result can provide improvement information for manufacturers and users to improve the quality of wellhead device.
