摘要
文章以纺织品出口市场为背景,结合当前纺织品出口中遇到的环保问题,提出作为高档服装的羊绒制品,在生产和开发环节中同样存在若干生态环保问题,认为生态羊绒制品开发应该从环保型纺织纤维与羊绒混纺的研究、环保染料和助剂的应用、环保染色工艺和后整理工艺的选用等几个方面着手,同时介绍了禁用偶氮染料含量、重金属含量、甲醛含量、杀虫剂残留量等的检测方法,为企业开发生态羊绒制品提供了一些可行性的建议。
According to Chinese texile product exports in the market, based on the ecotypic problem of textile product exports, some questions of cashmere products development are pointed out in this paper. We should pay attention to some aspects such as the fabric blended with ecotypic fiber and cashmere, dye and finishing agents, dyeing and finishing processes as well as the testing method for the eontent of the forbidding azo dyes, heavy metal elements and insecticide. Some suggestions to develop econtypic cashmere product possibility are advanced.
