The working principle and application of color masterbatch addition control system were introduced in PET directly spinning process, emphatically the ratio control of color masterbatch and melt, the working principle of weight loss scale and the application of sedimentation removing program. The control system was to improve the uniformity of the color masterbatch mixture and resolve the problem of residual color masterbatch in PET directly spinning process.
