摘要
采取单纯的宏观方式对大学生成才进行评价,往往容易导致实际工作中的“大锅烩”的方法,结果使成才评价成为纸上谈兵。大学生宏观成才评价的实现必须通过微观的路径,必须根据宏观标准,结合不同层次和不同阶段的大学生实际特点和实际要求,分层次、分阶段确定符合大学生成才实际的具有较强可操作性的具体标准,并将二者有机结合起来,有的放矢地进行评价,使学生成才评价真正起到激励和改进工作的作用。
In practice, stereotype in appraising the talent-accomplishment of university students may be very possibly caused by an onefold macroscopical way, which makes the appraisement an idle theory. A macroscopical appraisement of university students' talent-accomplishment can only be realized through microcosmic routes. We must consider the actual characteristics and needs of university students in different levels and phases, and work out a system with rather practical and concrete criteria according to the situation of university students' talent-accomplishment. We should also combine these two aspects organically with definite objectives in view so as to make the appraisement of students' talent-accomplishment really beneficial and invigorative in our work.
