摘要
尽管制造业仍然是我国吸引对外直接投资的核心领域,但加入WTO后我国服务业引资增长速度明显加快,服务业正成为我国吸引外资的新热点。根据全球服务业对外直接投资的形势及我国服务业引资的格局,新时期应重点发展知识型服务业,地方政府应加紧调整并实施第三代政策,引资方式应由“绿地投资”为主向跨国并购为主转变,并加强与港澳地区服务业的合作。
Nowadays, although manufacturing industries are the most important area of attracting FDI in China, the pace of attracting FDI in service industries is going up remarkably. Service industry is now being a new hotspot of attracting FDI in China. This article, on the basis of analysing the current situation of global FDI in service industries and the situation of attracting FDI in service industries in China, gives some strategic suggestions about attracting FDI in service industries in China： putting emphasis on the development of knowledge service industries, adjusting and implementing the third-generation policy, transfering the investment mode from ＂green land investment＂ to M＆A and cooperating with service industries in Hongkong and Macao.
