摘要
我国高校经过连续多年的扩招,在校学生已达到相当规模,各高等院校的教育资源无法满足教学需要和教育部规定的标准,到处掀起了建设新校区的热潮,引发了新的问题与风险。必须站在构建和谐教育的高度,对高校新校区建设的利益、问题及风险进行系统分析与思考,并拿出切实有效的政策建议。
After many years of expanded enrollment, the universities are nowadays overcrowded with students, and the limited educational resources can＇t meet the teaching requirements and the criteria set by the Ministry of Education. The nation - wide construction wave of new university campus leads to new problems and risks. We must make systematic analysis and thinking, with building risk of the construction of new university campus, and tion of new campus as a whole. harmonious education as the guidance, in the problem and put forward some practical proposal in planning the construction of new campus as a whole.
