摘要
利用三角测距原理成功地研制了一套激光测距传感器系统,精度为0.5%以上,分辨率为0.1%F·S,可输出模拟和数字量.本文介绍了该系统原理、结构、设计及指标,并给出了部分实验结果.
A laser system for distance measurement based on the triangle measurement method is presented in this paper. It has a measurement accuracy above 0.5%, absolution of 0.1%F · S, measurement range of 0-100 mm, and can gives out both analogue and digital output. The theory, structure design, and some experiment results are introduced in detail.
