西湖文化广场不仅是规模巨大的综合性文化航母式单体建筑,也是杭州市中心建设的顶级热点。本文着重阐述了为应对多方面挑战在城市设计和环境规划方面的思考的抉择。
Westlake Culture Plaza is not only a huge scale flattop-like comprehensive cultural individual building, but also the top attraction of construction in Hangzhou civic center. This article emphatically expounds some thinking and choices in urban design and environment planning for coping with the chaUenges from many sides.
