摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,通过柳酸和戊醇反应合成柳酸戊酯,研究了有关因素对产品酯化率的影响.实验结果表明,对甲苯磺酸是合成柳酸戊酯的良好催化剂,在酸醇物质的量比为1:1.6,催化剂用量为6%,甲苯10mL,反应时间5h,反应温度120 ̄140℃的条件下,柳酸酯化率可达94.1%。
Amyl salicylate was synthesized from salicylic acid and amyl alcohol using p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst.The influence factors on the yield of amyl salicylate were discussed .The results showed that p-toluene sulphonic acid was a good catalyst for synthesizing amyl salicylate.The yield of amyl salicylate was up to 94.1% when molar ratio of salicylic acid to amyl alcohol was 1:1.6, amount of catalyst was 6%, toluene was 10 mL, reaction time was 5h, and reaction temperature was 120-140℃.
