摘要
运用文献资料法、图像解析法和专家访谈法,对国内外优秀的混双运动员成套动作中关于难度动作的有关问题进行分析探讨,结果表明:我国混双运动员所选难度动作组别的比例较合理,符合运动员的身体素质能力和训练水平,但难度动作的级别与国外优秀运动员差距较大,难度动作在整套动作中的分布不合理。
By using the methods of documentation, picture analytics, this paper discusses some problem concerning the difficult movement in set movements of mixed doubles athletes in our country and the world. The results indicate that the proportion of difficult movement of our athletes is comparatively rational and is in accord with the physical malcing and the training level of athletes. However, the difference of the level of difficult movement between our athletes and other top athletes in the world is bigger, the distribution of difficult movement in set movements of our athletes is irrational.
