摘要
为确保增安型电机的安全运行,介绍了增安型电机的tE时间、启动时间及保护时间的含义,用公式、曲线的方法分析了三者的相互关系和影响它们的决定性因素,并对增安型电机各状态下的保护进行了描述。最后,提出了一种利用发热限制曲线及计算机使其具有直接与间接温度保护的较为理想的保护方法。
In this article, the intendment of some terms, such as tE, starting time and protective time, related to increased safety motor are presented, in purpose of safe operation of this type of motor. Especially,author describes the correlation among the three parameters referring to time by analyzing with formulae and curves, as well as the determinative factors affected the three parameters. In order to provide a proper application about Ex“e” motor, some of protective measures have been introduced. In the end, a perfect protective method put forward,which has both direct and indirect temperature protection features, by heating limit curve.
