摘要
G59-平2井是在冀东油田南堡凹陷高尚堡构造带上的第一口中深水平井.完钻井深为2778 m,水平段长198 m,井底水平位移为1097.32 m.斜井段采用有机硅聚合物钻井液体系,该钻井液流型好、性能稳定(稳定周期在1周以上);防塌、携岩效果好,岩屑返出正常,有效地防止了岩屑床的形成.根据井眼轨迹,针对不同的井斜,在液体润滑剂的基础上适时适量地复配石墨、阳离子乳化沥青,很好地解决了因水平位移大、井斜角大,携岩、拖压问题突出、,防卡难度大的问题.邻井拖压40 t以上,该井复合钻进加压2~3 t、滑动钻进加压6~8 t,起下钻平稳,基本解决了拖压现象.在水平段针对地层孔隙度及时添加复合型暂堵剂起到了保护油气层的目的.该井钻井、电测、下套管、固井等作业顺利.
Well G59-ping 2 is the first middle-deep horizontal well in Gaoshangbao structural belt of Nanbao depressed area,Jidong oil field.It had a total depth of 2778 m,a horizontal interval of 198 m,and a horizontal displacement of 1097.32 m.The organosilicon polymer fluid used in deviated section exhibited better rheology,stability(the stable period is more than one week) and strong inhibitive properties and can effectively avoid the formation of cuttings bed due to its better solids carring ability.By the combination of graphite,cationic emulsified asphalt and liquid lubricant in the deviated section,some difficulties such as cuttings carring,overpull and sticking caused by longer horizontal displacement and higher deviation angle were effectively overcome.Compared with the offset well,which have a overpull pressure of 40 t or more,the compound WOB and slide WOB of G59-ping 2 well dropped to 2~3 t and 6~8 t respectively and the trip were smooth and stable.Thus the overpull phenomenon during drilling operation was basically eliminated.In horizontal section,the compound temporary plugging materials were added into drilling fluid timely in order to protect oil-gas zone.The drilling operation,electric logging,running casing and cementing were successful.
