摘要
压力容器开口接管受管线外力作用下的受力分析是设备设计中常见的问题,经常遇到应力分析评估通不过,但类似的情况在以往的应用中也没有出现事故,其中的主要原因是对接管附近的应力分类存在不同的看法,为安全保险,在外载荷中选取一组最大值作用在接管端部,然后把接管与筒体连接部位附近的弯曲应力加薄膜应力限制在1.5倍许用应力之内,这种做法从本质上讲是由于概念不清造成的。本文应用ABAQUS软件,将接管外推力中的预紧力、操作力分几个载荷步进行计算,分清了一次应力与二次应力,使应力评估更加切合实际。
Stress analysis upon opening of pressure vessel is a very common problem , but stress category around opening still has some disputes . Some people think bending stress around opening should be regarded as primary stress , while others label is as secondary stress . In this paper , an refining vessel is taken as a sample , external force and moment acting on the bottom nozzle of the vessel is classified as operating case and sustain case , through several load steps , primary stress and secondary stress are classified.
