摘要
在电机转速控制的系统中,经常需要对电机的转速信号进行测量和处理。通常采用旋转编码器、测速发电机等传感器测量转速,不但安装不便、体积大,而且价格高。本文介绍了一种量程可变的转速信号检测方法,采用简易的装置测量信号。利用所设计的锁相环及窄带跟踪滤波的特点实现了转速信号的提取。数学推导和试验结果证明了这种方法的有效性,并应用到具有卷绕特性的电机调速系统中。这是一种检测精度高、价格低廉、适用范围广的检测方法。
It is often necessary to detect and conditioning the signal of the rotative velocity in the control systems of the motor. Under normal condition the rotative velocity is measured by use of the sensors of rotative coder, servo generator and so on. But the fix is not easy, the volume is large relatively, and the cost is expensive. Here a method of detection and conditioning for the rotative velocity with changeable range is introduced. The rotative velocity of a motor is detected with a simple and easy sensor made by self. The PLL(phase latch loop) circuit with the characteristic of extreme narrow band following filter is designed and the conditioning of the relative inferior signal is realized. The effectiveness of this method is proved by the mathematic inference and test result. The method has been used in the control system of the motor speed with the winding performance. This is a method with high precision, low cost and adaptable range is wide spread.
