摘要
从小型农业作业机的市场需求出发,建立了大批量定制生产下产品的客户需求模型,并采用关联分析、模糊聚类等技术将大批量定制生产模式下的属于客户视角的、模糊的市场需求转换为产品设计视角的、量化的、具有工程意义的技术参数和指标。最后以SF系列温室管理机的产品族规划实例进行了上述方法和模型的验证,结果表明上述方法和模型为企业提供了客户群体需求倾向分析,为大批量定制生产产品的产品族规划、功能模块化以及产品快速设计中及时响应客户群体需求倾向技术奠定了基础。
From the point of view of the market survey, a customer requirement model for small agricultural machinery product under mass customization was put forward which transforms the vague customer needs into the quantized Engineering Metrics in product design process through employing conjoint analysis, clustering method, etc. Finally, a case study of SF series of small multi-function greenhouse machine was conducted to illustrate the implementation of above-mentioned model and technologies. The result shows that the customer requirement model and analysis method can provide the requirement tendency of products for enterprises, which lays a foundation for product family layout, product function modularization, and rapid design for mass customization products with response customers, etc.
