摘要
脱胶蚕丝放置于pH值为7.40的模拟体液内37℃条件下,1周后其表面出现可诱导骨细胞生长、黏附的磷灰石沉积和晶体生长。晶体生长在丝素的原纤层级上沿纤维纵向排列,这种纳米宽度的线状或条状排列在相临两条原纤间开启的裂纹处更为显著,未脱胶的蚕丝有部分晶体表面沉积,但未发现定向排列。结果表明,蚕丝具有良好的生物相容性,为以蚕丝为导向进行生物活性分子的有序排列和以蚕丝为载体的药物释放系统的研究奠定了一定的理论基础。
Degummed silk was soaked in simulated body fluid at pH 7.40 and 37℃ for 7days. Depositing of apatite that can induce bone cells growth and adherence and crystal developing occurred on surface of the silk. Crystal developed on silk at fibril along longitudinal direction of silk. The range of linear order and strip by width at nanometer assembled observably near crack between neighborly fibrils. There were not the same phenomena on silk stored sericin except little deposition. These results testify that natural silk represents favourable biocompatibility and provides theoretically evidence for bioactive molecule arranging orderly and manufacturing drug delivery systems by using silk as carrier.
