摘要
采用纤维束滤料改造石英砂滤池能显著改善出水水质和扩大产水量,同时充分利用了原有设施,最大限度地降低了工程成本,提高了经济效益。改造是否成功、运行是否稳定可靠的关键在于滤层的构造方式、滤料选材和制造工艺。根据设计与改造经验,总结出了一些相关的工艺参数、运行数据和技术要点,对于用纤维束滤料改造石英砂滤池工程具有指导意义。
Renovation of quartz sand filter with fiber cluster can greatly improve the finished water quality and increase the water yield, meanwhile it can make full use of the existing facility, so as to reduce the construction cost and raise the economic benefit at maximum. Configuration type of filter bed, selection of filter media, and manufacturing process are the key to the successful renovation and reliable operation. The relevant process parameters, operating data, and key technical points are summarized according to the experiences with design and renovation. It is expected that they are instructive to the renovation of quartz sand filter.
