摘要
该系统可用于红外光学系统成像质量的检测,它用CCD接收信号,通过自动聚焦,检测最小成像光斑的位置、大小、光能分布以及固定像面光斑的形状与大小,以数据和三维图形显示测量结果,评价光学系统的成像质量。
The system is used to inspect the imaging quality of infrared optical systems, which can incept signals, by CCD and measure the position, size, and light energy distribution of the minimal imagining spots, shape and size of the fixed imaging area spots. It can display the results by the forms of data and three dimension graph and evaluate the imagining quality of the optical systems.
