摘要 建立高功率、高亮度激光系统的一个重要方法是使用激光阵列,一方面要增大单个阵元的输出功率,另一方面要对阵列进行精确的控制,使各激光光束能有效地叠加。详细讨论了光纤激光光束叠加的主要技术途径,其中包括相干叠加和非相干叠加技术,并对有关技术问题进行分析。 An attractive approach for building high-power laser system is to use laser arrays. In order to achieve high brightness from these laser arrays, power from each unit should be as high as possible, on the other hand, beam combining technique should be developed. Beam combining of fiber lasers are discussed. Usually, there are two ways to combine beams, i.e., coherent and incoherent combinations. Some important problems are also analyzed.
