摘要
运用管理学原理和运筹学方法,采用特定的指标体系,按照一定的系统程序设计和建立测评模型,对企业孵化器的发展状况、经营成果和效益做出客观、公正和准确的综合评判,判断企业孵化器成熟程度,并据此分析和预测企业孵化器所存在的问题,从而为高新区和其他孵化器提供决策参考,以提高孵化器运行效率。
