摘要
从规制与我国电力市场化改革的关系着手,进而提出应建立现代电力监管体系,指出了在现代电力监管体系中加强电网企业规制的必要性,最后对电网企业的价格规制进行了探讨。
Introducing the relationship between regulatory and power market reform in China, it is proposed that the modem power industry supervision system should be built. The necessity of reinforcing regulatory over grid enterprises in modem industry supevision system is emphasized, and the price regulatory over grid enterprises is discussed.
