摘要
通过实验确定了橡胶材料的Mooney-Rivlin常数,再以拱形橡胶减震垫为对象,建立了用于计算的空间有限元模型.考虑材料非线性和几何非线性,用工程软件ANSYS得到了拱形橡胶减震垫的极限荷载以及与之相对应的拱形橡胶减震垫的压缩量.
This paper determined the Mooney-Rivlin constants for rubber materials by test, and then taking the arch rubber shock pad as an object, established a spatial finite element model used for calculation. When their material non-linearity and geometrical non-linearity were taken into account, the ultimate load and the corresponding compressive load of the arch rubber shock pad could be obtained by engineering software ANSYS.
