摘要
研制了一种以水为介质的环保型绿色农药新制剂———w=5.2%的甲维盐.溴虫腈微乳剂(ME),考察了表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、溶剂及水质对其稳定性的影响,确定了优选配方.该制剂对甘蓝小菜蛾幼虫的室内毒力测定及田间药效的结果表明,共毒系数CTC为172.5,具有明显的增效作用.将其稀释1 000倍、2 000倍7 d后的防效分别为92.2%及81.4%,均高于w=0.5%的甲维盐(EC)、10%溴虫腈(SC)两种单剂药效,表明该微乳剂具有较强的杀虫作用和较长的持效期,具有较好的推广应用前景.
A new type of non-polluting pesticide——the microemulsion of 5.2% emamectin benzoate-chlorfenapyr, which needs water as dispersing medium, was developed, and the effects of surfactant, co-surfactant, solvent, and water on its stability are studied in detail, with its optimized formulation being determined. It was showed by the laboratory toxicity test and field pesticide effect experiment of the pesticide on Plutella xylostella that its co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was 172.5, with an obviously synergistic effect. When the pesticide was diluted with water to 1000 times or 2000 times, their control effects were 92.2%, 81.4%, respectively, both higher than that of 0.5% (w/w) emamectin benzoate (EC) or 10% (w/w) ehlorfenapyr used only. So it indicated that this kind of mieroemulsion had a strong insecticidal action, a longer period of effect, and would be popularized, with a bright future.
