摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(NIDDM)老年患者血高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平与血糖水平之间的相关性。方法选取NIDDM老年患者65例,体检健康者60人作为对照组,测定血糖和Hs-CRP浓度。结果NIDDM老年患者Hs-CRP水平显著升高,与血糖呈正相关。结论NIDDM老年患者高水平血糖可能与Hs-CRP水平有关。
Objective It is to discuss the relationship between high-sensitivity C reactive protein （Hs CRP） and blood glucose levels in NIDDM senile patients. Methods 65 NIDDM senile patients were chosen. 60 health peoples were assigned to be control group. Then the concentrations of blood glucose and Hs CRP were determined. Results The Hs- CRP level of NIDDM senile patients rose significantly, it was positive correlated with blood glucose. Conclusion The high level of blood glucose may be correlated with the high level of Hs- CRP in NIDDM senile patients.
