摘要
知识产权保护对技术创新至关重要,它承认和保护发明创造人的权益,鼓励社会成员技术创新。知识产权通过保护和鼓励发明创造、有效应用技术成果、规范科技人才与成果评价、促进新技术交流等途径来促进技术创新。
TThis paper points out that it is vital to protect intellectual property in innovation of technology. It protects the innovators＇ rights and encourages other members in the society to explore on new technology. Intellectual property protects and encourages the application of new technology and promotes the innovation of technology by standardizing the evaluation of technological talents and their achievements, and improving the communication of new technologies.
